All Female Baseball Players - T-Ball to Bantam
Are invited to attend this camp to further develop their baseball skills, knowledge of the game and find out how girls experience success in baseball. All Girls in the Greater Edmonton Area are welcome to take part in this camp and meet the Provincial and National Girls baseball team members.

Yasmeen Najmeddine and Julia Nicholson from St. Albert joined 8 other girls from Zone 5 to "Win Silver" in the first ever Girls Mosquito Zone Championships held in Edmonton on June 27th to 28th

"Annual SAMBA Girls Baseball Camp"
Chris James, Director of Girls Baseball for Baseball Alberta along with members of the Alberta Bantam Girls & Open Womens Division Provincial Teams lead the young athletes through the fundamentals of baseball. Girls from T-Ball to Mosquito Divisions attended this camp intented to develop baseball skills of young female athletes from the "Grassroots Level" all the way up to the Bantam Level.

Chris James, Director of Girls Baseball for Baseball Alberta along with members of the 2008 Alberta Bantam Girls Provincial Team and SAMBA Rep Teams lead the young athletes through the fundamentals of baseball. 43 Girls registered with SAMBA from T-Ball to Bantam Divisions attended this camp that is intended to develop baseball skills of young female athletes from the "Grassroots Level" all the way up to the Bantam Level.

SAMBA's All Girls Skills Camp May 11, 2007
SAMBA's first ever "All Girls Minor Baseball Skills Camp"
Was hosted on Friday, May 11, 2007 and turned out to be a hugh success. 38 of the 82 registered girls from T-Ball to Bantam attended the event. Many thanks to special guest Chris James, Director of Girls Baseball for Baseball Alberta and Head Coach of the 2006 Team Alberta Bantam Girls National Champions along with three of the Bantam Girl Champions for leading local coaches in presenting the fundamentals of baseball, a first in the series of planned events over the years to come.
