CLUBHOUSE DETAILS
Note: Clubhouse rental restrictions apply from mid April to the end of August due to regular/ongoing baseball activities at Legion Memorial Ball Park through the spring and summer month's. The Clubhouse is also unavailable for rent December 24, 25 or 26 (to allow our volunteers time off with their families).
2024 Rental Rates effective January 1, 2024:
Hourly $85/hr
Weekday - $400/day
Weekend - $525 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Multiple Days - $ negotiable
Clubhouse Capacity:
- Banquets, etc. (Tables & Chairs) - 80 Persons
- Meetings, etc. (Chairs Only) - 100 Persons
Clubhouse Details:
- Full Kitchen c/w Gas Stove/Grill/Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Drink Cooler, Microwave, & Coffee Urns
- Large Main Hall Room
- Storage Room & Janitor Room
- Washrooms on Main Level & Lower Level
- Tables & Chairs to seat up to 100
- Projector and Sound System (Upon Request)
- Large Deck c/w Picnic Tables & Umbrellas
- BBQ's (Upon Request)
- No Cookware, Dishware, Silverware or Linens. Supplied by Rentee
- No Catering Service, Supplied by Rentee
